The Diocese of Evry-Corbeil-Essonnes and the French Province of the Society of Jesus are launching a major project supported by the Chantiers du Cardinal, on the SACLAY plateau (Essone) : the creation of the
Teilhard-de-Chardin Center.
This one is articulated on three axes:
– to promote a dialogue between science and faith,
– support the intelligence and life of faith of committed Christians,
– respond to the pastoral needs of families.
This church house, consisting of a 300-seat chapel, reception and training facilities and accommodation for a dozen students, is part of the profound transformation of the Saclay plateau in the south of the Île-de-France region.
