A defender of landless peasants who became an icon of the Latin American church, he was recognized as a martyr in 2015 and canonized on October 14, 2018.

Two mornings to discover this great witness of faith, actor and symbol of a poor Church for the poor, as well as the theology of liberation and the theology of the people, dear to Pope Francis.
