Hosted by three great personalities: Nobel Prize winner Elizabeth Blackburn, neurologist Richard Davidson, who has done numerous studies with the Dalai Lama and Tibetan monks on the impact of meditation on our bodies and brains, and psychologist Elissa Epel, professor of psychology at the University of California at San Francisco.
